If you found our website by searching using Google or other search engines, you may also have seen a site attacking FDC Law and named individuals, using the title 'Legal Bullies' and 'Above the Law'
These sites were created by an individual who was unhappy with the outcome of legal proceedings. The person concerned, Mr Spencer Poultney, is not, and has never been, a client of the firm.
FDC Law successfully represented Mr Poultney's opponent in legal proceedings, resulting in orders, including costs orders, being made against him. The issues were extensively dealt with in court and at no time were any findings made that FDC Law had acted improperly or that any criminal action or professional misconduct had occurred.
FDC Law's own client has expressed no dissatisfaction with the case or the services provided by FDC Law.
