Following the success of the reduced cost fixed fee divorce we introduced at the beginning of October 2020 at our Midsomer Norton office, we’re pleased to confirm that we have extended that offer to cover the Keynsham office, until 23 December 2020.

People who are on a low income or in receipt of certain state benefits will pay the reduced fee of just £375 plus VAT and the court fee.  Currently the court fee is £550 to issue the divorce.  However, you may be exempt from payment of the court fee, or entitled to a discount, if you are on a low income.  Our standard fixed fee divorce is £500 plus VAT and the court fee, so the reduced scheme represents a 25% discount.

As with our standard fixed fee divorce the cost does not include advice regarding children or financial issues – such as agreeing a pattern of contact or helping to negotiate a financial settlement.  We can of course assist you with issues of this nature, at an additional cost to the fixed fee divorce.
