We are delighted to welcome Andrew Foskett to our property law team.

 

Originally from Dorset, Andrew qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and worked in Hampshire until 1993, before moving to  Wiltshire, where he was, most recently, based in Swindon. 

 

Andrew has years of experience in dealing with both Residential and Commercial Property transactions.

 

Andrew explains that he prides himself on achieving the highest standards of client care, often going the extra mile to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.  He says, “ I believe it’s very important to provide no-nonsense, easy to understand and jargon-free advice, so that clients are confident that they understand what is happening with their property transactions, and throughout my career I have always tried to provide that. Buying or selling a property is one of the biggest financial transactions of your life, so it’s essential you understand what is happening!”.

In addition to dealing with buying or selling a home, Andrew can help with buy to let purchases, residential leases, equity release loans, the sale and purchase of commercial properties and agricultural land, preparing and advising upon commercial leases.

 

When not at work, Andrew enjoys walking his dogs (or allowing them to take him for walks!) particularly if there is a country pub along the route!  We shall be offering him our recommendations for the best pubs (and walks!) in and around Frome! Andrew also enjoys travel over slightly longer distances, classic cars, and avoiding DIY.
