We have an opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer to work in our busy Frome office.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer having at least two years’ experience gained within residential property generally, and experience across a broad range of residential property would be advantageous.
Those areas of experience should include sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties and help to buy. Experience of non- residential property advantageous but not essential.
Training and support is available to enhance or expand on those core areas.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and confident property lawyer with excellent client skills and an interest in developing our already successful property department further.

We are looking for an organised, friendly Receptionist/Admin Assistant to work full-time in our Keynsham office.
The successful candidate will be a good team worker, reliable with a willing attitude and will be able to use Outlook, Word and Excel. Audio typing would be advantageous but not essential.
The responsibilities of the role include answering and directing telephone calls in a friendly but professional manner, taking accurate messages, greeting visitors, maintaining the reception area, dealing with deliveries and post and providing a supporting role in the general administration of a busy practice.
