We are delighted to announce the appointment of solicitors Jane Healey and John Kilmister as Partners in the firm.
John Kilmister is based at the Frome Office of FDC Law and is an integral part of the firm’s highly regarded Litigation Team providing expert advice in personal injury and clinical negligence cases. John also has considerable experience in connection with property and contractual disputes and has built an impressive following as a direct result of providing expert advice in a calm and reassuring manner valued by clients both old and new. John is also one of the few solicitors able to provide expert advice to Hungarian clients both in the UK and Hungary.
John qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and joined the Litigation Team in the Frome Office of FDC Law in March 2015. John immediately settled and swiftly became a pivotal member of both the Team and the Frome Office itself and on becoming a Partner will continue to be based in Frome providing friendly and sympathetic advice at often difficult times in their lives.

Jane Healey is part of the long established and highly respected Private Client Team at FDC Law advising and representing clients in connection with matters such as Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and matters which particularly affect elderly clients.
Jane qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and joined the Private Client Team in the Frome Office of FDC Law in December 2014. Jane quickly became an integral and valued member of the team and on becoming a Partner will continue to be based in Frome providing expert advice and assistance to clients on a very personal level and often at a time when many feel vulnerable.
