FDC are pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Williams as Head of our Private Client Department.

Emma joined FDC in 2018 working as a Private Client and Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. 

Emma has over 20 years’ experience working in the legal industry, primarily in the Private Client and Property sectors. 

Her expertise in both Property and Private Client (wills, probate etc.)  makes Emma the logical choice if someone has died and their estate includes a house or land.  Using a single Solicitor to help with the Estate Administration and Conveyancing can often make the process a lot smoother at what can often be a difficult time.

Emma obtained her Law Degree as a Mature Student at Bristol University.  Whilst at University Emma was the Student Director of the University of Bristol Law Clinic, an organisation offering pro bono legal advice to members of the public.

Emma is based in our Midsomer Norton office but will also be available for appointments from our Keynsham office
