Residential Property Lawyer – Midsomer Norton/Keynsham
FDC Law has an opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer to work in our busy Midsomer Norton or Keynsham office.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer having at least five years’ experience gained within residential property generally but experience across a broad range of residential property matters would be advantageous.
Those areas of experience should include sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties and help to buy. In addition, experience of non- residential property would be advantageous but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and confident property lawyer with excellent client skills and an interest in developing the Property Department
- Full-time Salary – circa £50,000 pa DOE
