Following the government’s announcement of a further National Lockdown starting on 5th November we confirm that as keyworkers, our offices will continue to operate as a Covid-secure workplace and you will continue to be able to drop off documents for us at reception

We shall be continuing to operate a strict ‘one in, one out’ policy for reception areas, so please be patient if you have to wait outside - and of course will continue to require that all visitors to the premises wear masks and use hand sanitiser.

We shall not be able to see clients who ‘drop in’ without an appointment – please contact your lawyer by phone or e-mail and we will continue to offer appointments by phone or video link wherever practical.

If you feel that a face-to-face appointment or a home visit are needed, please contact the person dealing with your case who will be able to assess whether this is needed and if so, how to proceed.
