Hot on the heels of the MSN Pride Bake Off, we have another Cake-related event!
As a part of our continuous commitment to remain a dementia friendly firm we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting this year a Cupcake Day in support of the Alzheimer’s Society.
On Thursday the 14th June, we will be opening our doors to everyone who would like to put to test our baking skills and support the charity at the same time. We hope to have a lot of fun baking and meeting our guests whilst they try our cupcakes with a cup of tea or coffee. All the money raised on the day will be passed to the Alzheimer’s Society which is the UK’s leading charity working to create lasting change for people affected by dementia.
Darrell Collins, Partner and Head of the Private Client Department said “FDC Law are committed to raising awareness of Dementia. The Private Client department and other key members of staff became Dementia Friends earlier this year and are committed to raising awareness of this disease and highlight that people can live well with Dementia. We hope that the local communities of Frome, Keynsham and Midsomer Norton will help us with our fundraising efforts.”
So please join us for Cupcake Day, together we can eat lots of cake and raise pots of money for Alzheimer’s Society.
